Oil repaired you are trying to say ring piston work or valve seal work? Or complete overhaul? And again properly overhauled engine is as good as new....

i am going first for PCV valve test plus suggest me the best oil brand and grade i will switch to it lets try one more time if something else do suggest that also so that i can give a last try before changing assembly

Sir usually in ring piston work they don't put sleeves....

Just oil and compression rings are changed usually 10k job...

Ring piston work is temporary... usually last 1-2 years...

if they install new rings without honing the cylinders, then the job wont last 1 or 2 years, it wont even last 1 or 2 weeks.

The real issue with this engine is wearing out of the valve guides which then causes oil burn.

I have seen that oil is being thrown to the system near air filter oil is being stored there with little quantity i belive it is going there through a steel pipe that connects engine and air filtering sytem

Mechanic still told that engine isnt poweful as he showed me smokes were comming out while he opened the oil guage and cap he told me it shows that engine life has been ended.

It is engine blow-by...

You will require a complete overhaul, but use it as it is, till start smoking aka giving out smoke...

seems like your mechanic is someone who learned from some crackhead ustaad, if the PCV is broken and non functional you will have pressure in the crankcase which will be shooting off from the oil cap. This also causes the oil to breakdown extremely quickly and clog up the oil control rings on the pistons.

I always say to employ qualified people to work on your car, not hit and trial ustaad shaagird who only know how to change parts.

On a side note, please avoid "open oil" or "khulla tail" at all costs. The Khulla tail is made by using a bleaching acidic checmical added to used engine oil to give it a golden color. It will ruin your engine very quickly.

20W-50 for Honda engine is bad choice. 5W-30 or 10W-40 is mentioned in user manual.

in 2nd step before landing under knife of mechanic go to workshop which can perform compression test, wet & dry results be noted. under 160 psi means bad news.

PKDM vehicle have support for new engine parts get referrals from this hub for a reputed shop in your city for engine rebuild. SWAP will be a miserable choice.

After this process within 2 days an other issue has came out now that is of Gas kit. ab gas kit kamzoor ho gaye haa and i cant drive my vehicle for a long route. So now should i go for the gaskit changing procedure?
The vehicle engine keeps on injecting problems i am spending alot in its repairing and Oil. Plus while a pipe was being changed of water once again i noticed that from the same pipe that joins air filter again there was oil transfering scenario.
And regarding oil along with mechanic the authorized seller of Shell also adviced me to not change the grade to 10w 40 at that point mechanic told this will become more problematic for my vehicles engine.

White nahi but blue smoke datin hain, jab engine weak hojata hy...

Blue smoke is caused by burning of oil...

Will suggest to keep driving it as it is....till it starts giving blue smoke...

Yes engine weak ho gia hy and blue smoke nahi dy raga means engine abhi itna weak nahi hoa hy...

BTW, have you noticed any difference after PCV valve replacement?

Decreased oil reduction or anything?
