City 2005 Automatic Engine change

Hellow everyone i am changing my honda city 2005 engine as the current engine is back need the suggestion from where i can buy the best quality engine in low price
Currently quoted price to me is 40k that is of assembly as i am changing assembly only further i need guidence should i go with the repairing of engine or get the whole engine changed or the thing i have in mind of changing assembly only. i am located at hyderabad and can buy and get the engine changed from karachi if i will get a beeter suggestion.

@helper_learner Vehicle oil is reducing. I have been adding oil since a long time also tried changing oil company but still problem remains same. My vehicle runs from karachi to hyderabad every week i changed the brand of oil this week also after reaching khi while comming back i observed 1 liter was reduced so filled that from an oil changing shop and then came back. Mechanic suggested engine is back.

If you are changing the engine, most probably you will not find the same engine which then lead to other problem ad your wiring and ecu will be mismatch with the kabli assembly

Every PKDM vehicles have new spare parts support.

Rebuilding an engine with new oem parts, as per service manual is easy for a reasonable workshop with skilled staff. Such rebuilds bring life for another half million miles with basic maintenance. Unless the cooling system is without thermostat, direct fans and the ground water in radiator.

engine change means devaluation of vehicle and endorsement for new engine number over registration book.

compression test, PCV valve test, shall be done to determine reason for loss of oil

oil brand change does not make sense, unless the correct oil grade is used. 5W-30 is recommended in user manual

Brand: Previously i was using havoline then i changed to Shell currently, for filling oil which is being obsorbed by engine i am buying the open oils from shops.
I have to use vehicle for a long time so this repair of engine doesn't lasts more plus the average is also compromised.
I had alto before and it had the issue of oil repaired its engine but that was not upto mark as compared to the previous power, fuel average.

As the mechanics are concerned i took the vehicle firstly to 2 mechanics they told the same and the third suggested to change oil i changed it after some time the same repeated then went to fourth mechanic he told the same and suggested for repair not to change the assembly.
The one who told for changing oil brand he suggested the change of assembly rather then changing whole engine.

If it is not giving smoke then i will suggest to keep using it and also check for PCV valve for correct function....

Open oil always become less it... try to buy oil from authentic shops or from flagship store from daraz...

If done properly repaired engine is 100% perfect as new engine....

Oil repaired you are trying to say ring piston work or valve seal work? Or complete overhaul? And again properly overhauled engine is as good as new....

Mechanics will always suggest the biggest possible work as they will earn more ...

Once there was the problem with rocker arm of my engine, and one Mechanic told that engine dead ho gya hy...🤣🤣🤣

Summarizing my points,

First switch from these oils to authentic oils... and also test PCV valve...
