City 2006 17 km/l fuel average on stock engine?

in the above Ad for local made Honda City 2006, the seller claims to achieve 17 km/ltr fuel average within city and 27km/ltr on highway with Stock Engine? Is that something stock engine can do in any circumstance or is it fake?

Lmao Even if it does 17kmpl, in no way would this vehicle go above max 8-8.5 lacs (I'm being generous) no matter how much original/genuine it is.

People do have the tendency to overstate/exaggerate the abilities of their cars when they post ads. He can put any kind of info on his ad as seller..it is the buyer's job to verify his claims. But, if he had done it here on Pakwheel forums then there are plenty of cheetahs here to fact-check his claims..

I have looked at the ad and honestly in his asking price I would rather go for something else (probably a clean 8th gen civic).

and btw 27 km/l is probably something that a Suzuki GS150 motorcycle does on highway..lol

My take on IDSI is local 15 max and 20 on motorway in third land (speed 70 to 80 kmph). That's what I have done myself with my 2006 Vario in past (not anymore coz of summers and usually getting late to reach from place A to B)
