City 2006 CNG

My 2006 City provides good consumption on cng ( 55 kg cylinder - 185 kms). The car starts fine, both on cng and petrol. There is no engine missing on both petrol and cng. The vehicle has been maintained by an experienced Honda Dealer since the vehicle was new.

The problem i m facing is that the car is smooth on petrol with no vibration from the engine. On cng however, the engine transmits a bit of vibration which can be felt through the steering wheel and the back of the seat. After a while, this gets really tiring.

What could be the reason for this vibration on Cng, where as there is no vibration on Petrol

The idle speed seems fine. it is at 800 rpm. The vibration is when the car is in motion and in gear. which means well over 1000 rpm

can you please note down the RPM difference when on petrol and when on CNG and mention here. It appears that the idle setting needs to be done on CNG.

Also hows the pickup on CNG while driving?? With that we can judge whether the advance is properly adjusted or not!!!

if u have a CIP4, emulator advancer, borrow a new one from a cng workshop and see if it fixes the problem

Thank you for your kind suggestions. An orignial Landi Renzo kit with Lambda System was installed in the car. After about 40,000 kms, the lambda stepper motor was removed from the CNG system and a T was installed. A T is installed between the CNG Regulator and the engine ( one with a bolt to adjust gas flow).

I live in islamabad, can anyone suggest a CNG technician/expert in Islamabad/Pindi who actually has technical know how and hence can diagonse/fix cng related problems?
