City 2006 Vario Jerk Issues while at 1k-2k RPM, below 50KM/H

I own a Honda City Vario (Automatic) 2006,
I am facing Jerk/Jolts problem while driving on D and S mode while at 1k-2k RPM, below 50KM/H, Fluctuation in RPM in a blink of jerk/jolt and when the brakes applied to make it dead slow while driving the car engine shut off by itself.
Need Experts opinions to resolve this issue.

I had the same problem.
The issue was mechanic put the wrong atf oil in transmission.
Below 80 there was constant jerks, above 80 it was smooth.
I changed the transmission but problem was still there then the guy changed the throttle body and the issue got resolved.
Not suggesting you anything as i am not the expert but sharing my experience as you might done the same?
