City 2007 help needed regarding consumption

hi everyone.
i am driving a honda city 2007.
the fuel consumption is not as it should. it gives 11km per liter averagely.

can anyone tell me the best combo of injectors and spark plugs to buy.

or any other suggestion .

Spark plugs are ngk bkr6ey
Pour a bottle of liqui moly injector cleaner in the tank and top her up
Also do throttle body cleaning and drive with a light foot

Also city has a catylatic converter get that checked as well

The car is over a decade old and has a relatively small engine which means it's at the end of its lifetime. And as you might be aware; an internal combustion engine looses its compression overtime due to wear and tear which translates into oil burning and worse fuel consumption.

Check the compression first, specially if it has high mileage. A healthy engine should have over 100 PSI per cylinder.
