CIty 2012 - MT - Engine Problem - Spasms

Hello People

I have a CITY 2012 Aspire 1.5L MT. I am having a problem with my car. Whenever the car reaches 3 rpm it starts to miss a lot. It just does not picks up speed properly even if i floor the gas pedal.

I have gone through the forum threads and i cant find a solution to my problem. It would be great if someone could share some wisdom on this issue.

60K mileage
have done oil+filter+air filter change every 5k, dont now how to check the catalytic converter myself (if you any good mechanic that can check this for me in defence area then it would be great)
no check lights
i use the total premium
engine oil is 5W30

how much would that cost and from where can this be done. dont want to go to honda services they are horrible people.
