City 2015 1.3Ivtec Maintenance Suggestion

brothers i have own City 1.3 manual ivtec running 25000km purchased in DEC, i am little bit confused about maintenance of car
recently i have changed my engine oil because car running perfect, didnot go for tuning; i went to Caltex Havoline oil change shop and they suggest Havoline® Formula SAE 10W-30 for my car
some people told me to go for Honda service centre to maintain your car, is it really big difference to maintain your car from Honda or some other mechanics
i am talking about Caltex haovline oil dealership which have all facilities, proper mechanic and charging 2500 Rs. for throttle body cleaning/tuning/computer check and others
while if i am going for Honda i know minimum bill will be 7-8K easily
i live in Lahore and change my car oil from Havoline caltex distributor in PIA mian boulevard ROAD near to Wapda town Roundabout
please suggest !!!

Dear don't use sae 10w30 grade oil..use sm or sn 5w30 or 0w-20 oil..better to go for honda oil..complete tuning at 40000km..including tappets throttle service all four brake service balacing and alignment.

Tuning? There is no tuning in efi car, no tappet adjustment and you don’t need to check your car with computer unless there is a warning light on. So you should stop wasting your money in name of tuning. Manufacturer recommends 5w30, so stick with it. And maintenance from honda will ensure your warranty.
I have a city 1.3 2015 which is 50k driven and there is absolutely no tuning done during this time period. Just regular oil, oil filter and air filter change. It is running perfectly.
