I got my 1.5 MT registered in January 18 from Islamabad for 39000 rs almost. My address was not from Islamabad so they charged me 4000 rs. more (I don't know the agent took it or the excise really took it). In short, it cost me 43000 rs for Islamabad registration.
The token (yearly) tax is 4000 rs. (Note this is just a approximate figure) for filers. For non filers, it should be around 12000 rs, but I'm not sure about it.
