City EXI 2003 consuming much power and fuel

After recent tuning and engine oil change , city exi 2003 drops rpm on low speeds and have to accelerate full pedal to run the car. Also when turn on AC, it cools little bit then minimal cooling and rpm again starts to drop and consuming much power to accelerate (engine starts to vibrate) and it also consuming too much patrol like 10km/litre.Even I have changed fuel pump and all spark plugs. What could be the reasons? Also please suggest any good mechanic in Lahore for EXI engine.

Problem bad wiring or dieing compressor.
You can check in bilal gunj. There's a guy bilal over there at Hp performance.

Why did you change the fuel pump?

You can search the location of the mentioned workshop. It might refer you the contact of the other guy who's not in Pk now.
I don't have Bilal contact either.

Don't know, mechanic said its fuel pressure is too low and he changed the pump and put Denso fuel pump. Actually its my first car, so dont have much knowledge

Also, my meters are not working correctly like fuel guage sometimes show me below empty and after sometime within 5,10 minutes it shows me above half tank. My speedometer needle cross 200 even I am driving at 100,110. What can I do to fix these guages? Specifically fuel guage

Looks like grounding issue. You need to get wiring checked.

The gauges or the hvac panel and I believe the fuel pump is grounded by the same cluster ground on this car, like the old ef efi civics.

I bought city 2002. Its consuming too much fuel like around two km per liter 2.5km/L in city ride, and on long route 5 to 6 km per liter. I have changed injectors, plugs, oil, filters, what should i do?
It has another problem when ac is on its rpm doesn't go up which cause ac to stop cooling.
Please suggest me some good mechanic in multan, kafi zaleel ho chuka hun.
