Took 20 mins to remove valve body and fit a brand new valve body by honda mechanic for a labour of 2000 rupees.

where is tranmission in this picture, if this is transmission valve body replacment job?

Syed sahib khud ka wasta hai. You were criticizing so much and yet you don't know where the valve body is located.
The part you had changed or serviced is known as solenoid valves

The whole valve body is built inside the transmission which is not accessible like toyota and etc to access it you had to tear down the whole transmission assembly.

Local mistriies and Honda jerks calls it valve body which is wrong.
And mind it don't criticize any person again on you experience which is null in this case because you had just one vehicle on which you are working and we all members see 1000s of them.

Did not take pics as i had multiple cars at honda.

My bill says valve body replacement and its a 3S..

That pic was of the beginning of tear down.

My car was at dealer all day as its throttle was also replaced along with japanese coils and other work like steering leaks. Labour was divided equally.

I had the whole valve body bought and replaced and my transmission was opened by 4 guys in less than 1.5 hours. I got this valve body through a source in atlas as new parts for this model arent available.

I dont talk alot like you i get work done and fix problems without being a scammy mechanic.

Vibration with new coils and throttle, bearable... Vibration and knocking after valve body change = GONE.

1.5 hours to open gear without damging other things. Read carefully. School may sai se parna tha.

Whole day to work on transmission and replace valve body.

Above 150k for valve body thru atlas. Provided valve body myself to dealer.
40k total labour which had other work in the way of gear as well.

Also paid 6k labour last year for changing gear from bilal ganj pkdm gear of vario. Same problem was there so guy took gear back but charged labour.

I love my cars and spend money on them. This vario gave me no problems and if spending 2 lacs gave me a new car then its way better than paying 42 lacs for a new civic.

Regarding pics i am not a blogger i had 3 cars in workshop at same day.

OP did not ask for a CHEAP solution.

It is cheap mechanics like you who ruin the engine for a faulty transmission.

Advice to OP : do not let anyone touch your engine for vibration and knocking in vario.

This is a generic problem across varios over time as the steel belt which is continuous in vario transmission slips and when it slips it puts load on engine which causes knocking.

If your engine is perfect the knocking will be very less. If your engine is weak over time the load will cause more intensity of knocking as engine cannot take such load by the gear slip.

If you want to fix this problem id recommend you change your engine assembly with gear to a vtec one. Its a bolt on fix on vario chasis.

If you want to fix same setup try to get your hands on a left over valve body from atlas stock and have it replaced by a 3s.

OP keep your engine safe from roadside mechanics who will try to make cheap money off cheap engine work thatll cause very expensive engine damage in long run.

AGAIN PLEASE READ YOUR POST AGAIN YOU HAD CLARIFY THAT WEAK ENGINES CAN CAUSE THIS ISSUE. NOW TELL ME YOU GENIUS PHYSCO I HAD AVISED THE OP TO PERFORM THE COMPRESSION TEST. @hash4u brother where do these persons comes from please read the whole thread again and ask Mr Syed that what had I advised the OP I think Mr syed has been thugged numerous times by some mechanic and he is getting angry on us. I think he need some recounciling

yes he is please see his last comment he is saying that if engine becomes weak then this issue becomes prominent and also see what had I advised Op to check before any parts shooting on his vehicle. I had advised Op to check the engine compression.

God. You just proved you know nothing about fixing cars.

Engines over time get weak. But they run 300k without any problem.

If you overhaul or rebuild a weak engine in a vario due to load by gear slip it will FIX THE SYMPTOM not the problem

You will see a low compression and advise customer engine work. Gear will again make engine weak due to belt slip. If customer changed to new gear or valve body same weak engine will NOT KNOCK as no undue load will be put on engine.

Bara ho ja bhai. Weak engine fix is not the cure for a gear slip knocking in varios. Please use your tiny brain.
