City vario cvt gear oil capacity

Salam everyone,

I've a city vario 2003 model it's gear oil was leaking I notice a grinding sound when car is put into R or D, it vanishes when it's in N or P, I changed my cvt oil and my mechanic didn't knew the exact gear oil capacity, he put 4 liters of Honda cvtf oil.

Now when the is hot, the gauge is showing oil above the full dot. What should I do? If I have to take pour it out, what should be the quantity? Do someone know how much gear oil is needed.

re measuring
will add impurities
slow drain and keep checking till level is at F mark

What is the exact quantity of gear oil?

Lil less then 4ltr with pan down
2-2.5 LTR with drain n top method
