I have the exact same item. I had to change th bulbs to get better light intensity. The high beam and low beam have considerable difference.
Low is a projector so it's very neat and not annoying for other drivers. Paid a hefty amount (20k) but worth it.

Currently using some Chinese LEDs but plan on getting Philips or better.
I don't currently have th car. Also th pictures will not give a better idea about brightness since the camera adjusts the pictures to light, etc. You can check out the reviews on YouTube. Did my research from there.
These headlights use CCFL halos and not LED which means that the halos won't be bright at all and you can't use them as DRL's. Also, the projectors in these headlights are halogen based and most of them have a LHD cutoff, hence neither will they be bright nor will they be suitable to be used on our roads.
I have couple of work colleagues who have sourced the headlights (same design, different brand) from Taiwan. They cutoff is RHD and the again change of bulbs does the work.
