I'll get the throttle body IACV and resister cleaned and calibrated and will update if the issue is resolved or still persist.,

Mostly thermistor gets bad in the fuel Guage sending unit. Mine is also bad. But I may replace whole sending unit. Very easy to diagnose exact problem

Aftermarket projectors add good look to the car obviously. The light totally depends on the bulb you are using. But if you swap in the original you will feel the amount of light to be lesser. The projectors limit the throw of the light ona specific area hence the feel of low light. Most of the people recommend to install good quality LED bulbs in projectors to get the better result.
