So its called trim pot. Actually when u connect the scanner toe it shows IMV setting and in front of it there is the voltage as u described and by rotating this screw the voltage is adjusted. So i thought its called IMV.
Also as far as my knowledge goes, there are two trims. Short term fuel trim and long term fuel trim. When the ECU senses a rich mixture it leans it and vice versa and save this value in 2 forms, one short term which changes almost real time, and one long term, which is saved through shut down and subsequent start ups. As far as i know this setting is reset if u perform the reset procedure of the ECM.
