AOA all,
Well i have following D-15B manual, and want to know which ECU is perfect for it? I have been told its a 2 stage Vtec, and it should be operated by P-08. Please comment, and if anyone here has any leads to any seller of ECU, please let me know. JazakAllah.

D15b single vtec has P08 ecu while 3 stage vtec has P2J.
Your one has single solenoid or double?
P08 is expensive and rare due to our racing community.

I Have 96 Model Honda Civic But Its Converted To 1999, I Recently Swapped The Engine To D15 Single Vtec Manual.
I Am Having Some Issues, New Engine Is Also Giving Smoke, Plugs Are Black, Fuel Average Is At 5/6 Km/Liter.
Which ECU Is Compatible With This Engine? Also I Want You To Tell Me A Good Mechanic & Electrician, Someone Who Knows What Is OBD2A & OBD2B Wiring & Someone Who Knows What He Is Doing.

Seems like you're engine need a rebuild now.

Ah Sorry, Its Not D15
Its D16Y8 Single Vtec, I Recently Changed The Head Assembly Rest Of The Engine & Wiring And ECU Is Old.
Currently Its On P6F-P01 ECU
Location: Allama Iqbal Town Lahore.

You are having PKDM ecu for D16Y8 and its correct for your engine. There is a fuel trim near driver side kick panel. You may get it adjusted. Also check if your fuel injectors are leaky.

Injectors aren't leaking at all because i recently changed them and why plugs going black is it because of ecu?
Last month this ecu was not working properly so i got it repaired from bilal gunj.

Brothers i have a civic 1998 d16y7. Stock engine and stock ecu. Car runs fine but recently in cold weather its started to have a problem.
When i start the car it starts perfectly in one crank, but when i start to drive sometimes it jerks very bad at 2000 rpm. As soon as the rpm goes above 2000 (approx 2100 rpm) the car jerks and rpm starts ro cone down as if some limiter has cut off fuel. Gas pedal doesent work when the rpm is coming down. But as soon as its come down (about 1000 rpm) it suddenly gets fuel and the rpm n car jerks voilently and rpm again goes up to around 2000 and again stops and come down.
If i switch off the engine and start again immediately the problem doesn't come again. So its intermittent and seems to come randomly. Switching off the engine and switch solves it till i switch off the engine again.
Help please

Yes PKDM D16Y8 is called PK6V and its ecu for 96-98 is P6F and for 99-00 its P2M (which I am currently having). Anyone having civic 6th gen vti can confirm this.
Also P2P requires O2 sensor and some additional sensors which PKDM civic doesn't have.

Plugs will go black because the engine is running rich. You need to get adjusted the fuel trim pot from a shop who has Exhaust Gas Analyser. Also is your radiator fan auto or direct? and what is your idle rpm? What is the colour of smoke? Is thermostat installed or not? where does the coolant temperature needle stays?
