Dear all, I got the fuel pump replaced today but nothing changed. So I asked him to put back my original pump as there was no fault in it. Then I again went to my own mechanic. He adjusted the distributor by revolving it. And Thank God the car is perfectly fine now. No load on ac and the pick up is good now. But still I ll get my plug wires changed tomorrow as I ve used the old ones for around an year.

Congrats. Still get it adjusted with help of timing gun to make it good to be perfect.
Basically he advanced the ignition timing a bit which increases low end power.

over advancing will increase the pick but also generate more heat so go to some workshop with timing gun etc to get it set precisely
if on cng, make sure advancer is functional
Yes you did (Y). The previous mechanic didnot or may be couldnot adjust the timing. Thanks Sir :). I ll now get it properly adjusted through timing gun.
