Remove iacv grip and then check rpm. Also reset the ecu by removing battery terminal for 5 minutes. It should idle at 800rpm.

As said try resetting if doesn't work check the cable it can be tight.
does vss only show error on cng?

Yes I try disconnecting and there are no errors on cng and petrol

The mechanic reset the ecu by disconnecting for few seconds. Maybe it needs to be disconnected for long. What is iacv grip? I removed the iacv harness and rpm still reaches 1400 and cel on.

Iacv is auto choke which is at back of Intake Manifold. Clean iacv properly and ensure its working freely. Also too much fiddling with idle air screw will damage the throttle body and idle won’t be perfect.

On my car, iacv needs replacement I have already removed it and inspected it. But It can't be reson for high idle as when I disconnect it still the rpm was 1400

Iacv and coolant temperature sensor.

Its better that you buy complete throttle body with all sensors and iacv. This one is in bad state.

Why complete? Why not buy only iacv?

you can check the iac. when it leaks air it make noise which can be heard if you take air intake off.

Problem is that after cleaning the cng kit and throotle body when the car is on cng it gives cel even on idling everytime. The cng mechanic says that cel is not important on cng as his own car has sometimes cel on on cng.

So test the vss I removed the vss connector and started the car on petrol but there was no cel and then shifted to cng and guess what now there was no cel also.

Means if the vss is connected it is giving cel on cng only.

One more thing with cel on if I shift from cng to petrol the rpm starts to fluctuate very badly. Secondly I cannot accelerate from 2nd gear on slow speed and car feels heavy whereas before cng kit service and tb cleaning I can do it.

something goes wrong while cleaning.

No he doesn't messed any sensors. I was looking all the time ans taking pictures.
Yes cel is of vss because I have checked by making a video of blinking and it shows code 17 one long blink and 7 short blinks.

One thing to mention that as advancer is installed some sensor like map and tps maybe goes through advancer but I don't think vss is attached to advancer

Also one thing I cannot understand is why cel is not on when I unplug vss?

yes i don't think so.
if cluster is working then you have to see the wiring. also check the connector of vss.

One more thing before cng kit service I was getting error code of map sensor and iacv on cng but it never came when idling or driving with light foot. But if you try to accelerate quickly then they came on. But now after cleaning no codes of map and iacv
