Civic 2003 automatic Mileage Issue

Assalamualaikum Brothers,

I recently bought civic 2003 automatic. the problem is that it is giving me only 7 Km mileage.
I have done everything, tuning, oilchange , filters cleaning, plugs were also fine and according to the mechanic the engine is also good.
What can i do to make the mileage a bit better??

You can check following
-- Test the fuel injectors for any clogs, blockages
-- Make sure fuel filter is not blocked
-- Test the oxygen sensor, make sure it is working properly
-- Check the catalytic convertor, overtime it gets blocked and needs to be replaced. Make sure your mechanic doesn't break / remove it.
-- Hope you are not using 20W-50 oil grade.
-- Did you change your transmission oil ?
