Get it Scanned. And share the screenshots
Mileage is not that bad.

That IMA voltage i got was 2.03v last time when i scanned it, i said mechanic to adjust but he said that its okay and no adjustment required.

he doesnt adjust anything as AFR (air fuel ration) in these cars were dependent on the fuel trim pot. he said its okay not to adjust after putting new kabli injectors.

You have to check the afr using any wideband. To adjust trim pot. Or you can set the voltages as oem.

And what is the OEM voltage on fuel trim pot?

a workshop that has exhaust gas analyzer. so he can see the content and adjust the mixture. usually it near 2.5v

I want to know that changing gear oil does affect the fuel mileage or not. And what is the location of gear oil drain and pouring bolt? Of Honda Civic 2003 manual.

I am getting the 9.5 kmpl on local and 13 kmpl on highway without AC. Stock engine no oil reduction. Using oil is shell hx7 5w30 all filters changes fuel,oil,air,ac. Radiator is filled with coolant with auto fan. Changed injectors with kabuli set also because ealier they were dumping more fuel which causes the black smoke. All alignment and suspension done. Tyre are 195/65/15 Micheline with alloy rims. With no error in ecu or check light. I have got to know that it has Ideal fuel mixture potentiometer under the glove box which has reading of 2.03v i asked and saw it while when i was inspecting the while mechanics were doing their jobs. And there is no tappets knocking sound

I believe that is the best mileage u can get from that car.is thermostat valve installed?Xulfiqar sahb has already told you to change gear oil as drag will be reduced

Yes valve is installed and fans on auto. Next week i am going to change the gear oil. Would you please tell where is draining and the fill-in bolt located and is it 2 litre to fill after drain the oil.

I have an Exi as well which I have owned pretty much since 2006. I currently get around 11.8 km/l in the city but I mostly drive at around 60 to 70 in 5th gear and change gears at or a little over 2k rpm. I used to get around 9 km/l but then I changed the tyres from 195/65/15 to 185/65/15 (almost 37k driven now) and changed the clutch and also the throttle cable. That improved my fuel consumption. You installed new tyres but maybe should have put on 185s instead of 195s?

On the highway if you are getting 13 kmpl and that too at 120 kmph then its a fine average. you can get around 15 if you drive it at 100.

Ealier when my car had small tyre 185/65/14 it also have same mileage so there is no difference in mileage because of tyres its confirmed. And i am getting 13kmpl without AC on highway which mean if i turn on AC now in summer it will go to 11.5 to 12kmpl. How is it possible to adjust the air fuel mixture by own self by voltage meter. And if tappets are too tight what issues can be occurred as one of the pakwheel member said that you might have too tight tappets which does not create any knocking sound to get catch by mechanics

I have bought the obd 2 car tool to check the readings of the sensors as my car is not giving its prescribed fuel mileage for your info i have Civic 2003 exi manual on petrol it gives me 8-9 kmpl with AC in City and 12-13 kmpl on highway with AC. I have changed all the following things

Spark plugs
Fuel filter
Fuel injector
Tires changed to 195/65/15 with alloys
Radiator serviced
Fan is on auto
Tappet also adjusted
Throttle body serviced
Pcv valve changed
Air filter changed
Oil using now 5w30 earlier was using 20w50 but still was getting same fuel mileage so no change from this side.
Tire pressure equal in 4 tires
Alignment done
CNG was removed earlier but still mileage is not good.

I am sharing screenshots of the sensor reading please guide me that is every reading is in good shape or not in both cases in ideal and in moving conditions.

I have seen that timing advance is fluctuating rapidly from 0 to 20 at idle and 10 to 40 in running condition.
What are the ideal readings for that and for other sensor please shed some light on sensor readings

Civic Exi manual gives 14.5 - 15kmpl (depending on head wind) at 120kmph on Motorway with 2 adults.
With full load (5 adults and luggage) it comes down to 14kmpl at 120kmph

Mileage in city purely depends on where you drive and how you drive. But on an average it returns 11-12 in city with A/C.

I own one.

The kabli injectors you replaced with might be the culprits.
Try changing fuel station.
Drive at 100kmph on motorway for 50 kms and check mileage by top up method. That will get you an idea of exact mileage.
