Civic 2005 Gear jerk Issue

I am facing gear shift jerk in civic exi 2005. A jerk is felt when shift changes from 1st to 2nd and car is dragging 1 st gear run which is affecting the average and affecting the drive experience when car give jerk again again whenever gear changes to second.

Please suggest me the solution. Thanks.

How this could be the issue of transmission mount, if this is the case then this should give jerk in all gear shift instead of only in 1st to 2nd...

Get it scanned with all live data. Etc shift status and jack up one wheel and test that it shifts gear or not.
