Civic 2005 suspension

Hello i have civic 2005 vti prosmatic and i am facing issue in its front suspensions. On un even roads suspension creates sounds as its bushes worn out. Jumps seems to be fine its just due to worn out bushes suspensions creates thak thak sound only on un even roads or on kachi roads.
Kindly suggest what will be the cost of new bushes where to buy them and from where to get it repaired in Karachi.

You might want to inspect/Replace:
1) upper and lower control arm bushes (2 on each side) (1500-2000/pair)
2) Ball joints (cost around 2500/pair for japanese)
3) Rack ends (cost around 2700/pair for japanese)
4) Shock mounts (1500)
5) Shocks. (9500 for refurbished, 22k for KYB, 28k for Genuine)
Labour cost ~ 5000

Also dont forget the rear suspension. It is neglected most of the times and results in a bad quality ride

rear seems to be fine as i dont heard any noice on bumps or uneven roads its only the front one which is creating noise. Any reference regarding mechanic in Karachi.
