I had a 2011 manual, sold it and got a 2011 oriel prosmatec.
This is my experience. Manual has great acceleration, and that's about it. I live in Lahore and there's no where you need/enjoy that acceleration other than motorway or ring road. Clutch and gear box is very hard and it is an awful experience driving it on busy roads of Lahore.
Promatec on the other hand is just easy and comfortable, but has enough grunt when you need. It feels smooth and gentle driving at 40-80, but becomes a beast when you put your foot down or use the lower gears.
I sold the manual and had a terrible experience, took me about 4-5 months to get a decent offer. Manual reborn has no resale. Good clean 2011 non-oriel is 10-11 lacs and oriel model is worth about 12 lacs, pay anything more and you will regret it when selling.
My recommendation is you get 2011-12 prosmatec (it doesn't have to be oriel) if you are in a busy city like lahore or karachi or someone elderly/female will be driving it. Go for manual if you live in Islamabad, pindi, abottabad or any other open hilly areas.
