Civic 2015 (Urban Titanium) rocker panel (foot board) dent

Hi guys,

I need to know a reliable body shop in Karachi where i can get the rocker panel/foot board repaired/repainted for my car. I dont want to go for 3S as they charge hefty for same job and will unnecessary repaint the entire panel even for a smaller dent.

Secondly, should i go for baked paint? (i dont know if it is required or even works with metallic clear coat finishes)

Suggestions welcome.

I had the same problem. A bike hit the rocker panel and made a hole in it. Mine has polished metal color but I guess urban titanium will also match up. Mine 100% match with metallic flake and you can't even tell if there has been a dent there. Yes, the paint must be baked otherwise it will chip off after some time.

It's an easy fix despite the rocker panel being very tough area. Just make sure the painter recreates the rough lining with a sponge.

The person I had it fixed from did a bad job on my Vitz after a few months. So I don't recommend that painter. The reason I went to the denter was because the person who damaged my car agreed to have it repaired and I suppose the denter/painter was their acquaintance.

I recommed you to visit Saddar, in front of Kamran Market there is a Mercedes workshop. You have to go inside the hotel gate and ask about a good denter/painter from them. Most of them are quite good 3S also hires local persons.

Taif Autos located in Federal B Area Block 10. The proprietor is Nisar Bhai and he's an expert in matching shades. Got both bumpers of my Accord CL re-painted from here. Did an outstanding job on the car.
