Greetings and Assalam o Alaikum folks
I have been wanting to fix a lot of issues on my Civic ES 7th Gen 2002, but never been able to, now I am thinking to get my car the way it should be, would love to have your response and expertise shared on this thank you
About Car:
Make: Honda
Model : Civic VTi Oreal
Year: 2002
Color: Charcoal Grey
Odo: 154k
Transmission: Manual
Oil: 10W-30 Honda
Following Servicing done a year and half ago
1.Tires: 195/65R15 91V (been a year and half since bought new)
2.Battery: Phoenix CNG 65 Battery 50 AH & 11 Plate
3.Gear Oil and Axle Seals were replaced from Honda 3S with OEM seals and Honda OEM MTF
4.Some work was done from a local mechanic
Waterbody,Powermotor belt and bracket, clutch cylinders
(Other than new non OEM belt all other parts were Kabuli and honestly by the look of them and the price, I think they ripped me off, but the replaced parts have been working fine)
been driven on Hi-Octane mostly
Issues I have been facing so far?
Coolant Sytem:
First and foremost is this, ever since that Waterbody swap( back then the water was spilling from waterbody end i-e passenger side) after that the water started spilling from Driver Side upon inspection it was from reservoir bottle head The coolant(distilled water) starts spilling from the reservoir(this happens when the car reaches it's optimal temps and fan turns on) the coolant doesn't starts spilling on cold start just when the car reaches it running temp and fan turns on right then it starts to spill from the reservoir bottle's neck
Received an error today 🤦🏻🥹
Lately my ES has been sitting idle for quite a while, in its cover, today when I went to start it, the self start took longer and it started on second self, which too was longer than usual, after that the engine check light came on, when I drove it on a little steep road to park it aside it was struggling, I parked it aside and checked the oil & the coolant reservoir, started again and the check engine light was gone and it ran normally connected OBDII and got the error code

Electrical:
The HVAC system works fine but the airflow adjustment motor the one behind dashboard keeps on spinning when set to anything other than defogger
Can't seem to find LEDs or sockets for the HVAC knob lights, those I think are 3 or 2.5mm
Both Front and Back lights need replacing, should the cover be replaced? As OEM Kabuli are very expensive
Sunroof works fine no leakage nothing but its slower than usual, should it be serviced or cleaned or left as it is to avoid leakage
