Civic 95 - Brake Issue (Rear/Front?)

Hi, so I have been having a problem with the brakes for quite a while now, I have tried replacing the fluid, the pads/shoes, drums and yet still if I'm doing a little over 50-60 and I apply brakes, the car skids sideways to the right.

Due to the aforementioned problem I had an accident a couple of days ago which is why I need this to be taken care of at the earliest, so I would really appreciate if anyone out there can help shed a light on this issue.

I'm in the process of restoring or revamp of sorts so I have changed all of the above not more than a couple of months ago. I'll give you the details.

Tyre and Rim size are the stock, 13 inch. I recently bought both a couple of months ago, stock 13 inch rims with Dunlop SP Touring series tires.

Air pressure is kept between 30-32

Front discs replaced, pads and rear drums replaced not even a month ago

Suspension fully changed front back, nothing was bought used, all new parts and obviously new rims and tires were bought and fitted after the suspension work was completed, balancing and alignment was done too.

From what I have read, this issue may be caused due to a jammed caliper but I'm still reading and learning about it and would appreciate all the help I can get.

If calipers are oK then you should check master cylinder and proportional valve which divides the pressure. Have you changed something before facing this problem?

Sorry I'm just reading this but Thank you for taking out time and responding.

And yes a friend suggested the same along with a visit to this brake specialist in Koh Sultan (RWP) and he almost immediately told me the proportional valve needs to be replaced which I did, yesterday. Brake seems pretty fine now, tried applying at high speed, car didn't skid much and never went sideways..

ur front left brake cylinder is not working .. most likely its an air pocket .. or leak seal (which also reduces brake oil) .. or a pitted or stuck cylinder .. get it checked from mechanic
