one question can the lights and bumpers of civic 99 be fitted to civic 96 to 98 model??
I am talking about front/rear bumpers and lights
yes they can be but u need to change the bonet and digi too for perfect look
u need to replace diggi , back lights and front lights .Front nosecut of 96-98 is different from 99-00 so u can use fiber grill and remove "golla" of front bumper and fill those gaps otherwise u need to replace bonnet

fornt and back lightsfront and back bumperstrunk (including number plate area which is smaller)hoodgrillfront both fenders
might be heavy on pocket
spend money wisely dude
@ivetc3 pretty much covered all you need to do for the conversion, your best bet might be trading in your 96-98 front and rear end for the required parts at shoba. still, wont be cheap at all in the end, parts + paint
was thinking the same but calculated it will cost around 60+ thousand lets cand best of luck do share picture if u started the project
