I would like to know civic 9th generation experience. Are there any issues or something? Is ground clearance an issue. Should I go for 9th gen civic or 10th gen corrolla?
IMO, 9th Gen. Civic is a very fine and reliable car (much better than the 8th Gen.), but YES, ground clearance issues can be there.
It depends on your choice, and / or personal liking, disliking.
Go through this thread. You'll get almost all your answers:
No ground clearance issue in 9th gen Civic.
If u want car for rough roads which has soft suspension go for corollaBut if u travel on motorways alot and drive on nice roads then go for civic.both are good cars
Ground clearance is certainly not an issue in 9th gen civic..is has very decent clearance and easily with 5 persons in a car, it does not touch breakers..One common issue in 9th gen civics is of inner cv joint..due to which car usually vibrates or bubbles in spped range of 45-60kmph..read some posts in which it was suggestes to change innvwr cv joints and ride would be as smooth as original..If anyone has inner cv joint changed experience plz do share
I have changed recently and its working fine now.
Hello bro..so what is your experiemce somfar after changing inner cv joints..can you please update so that firther action may be taken..you have already provided the number of person from whom you have changed..thanks
Don’t change inner cv joints only, I tried many times but vibration was there, finally I checked the axel rods and they were bent due to loose inners, replaced complete axels n the car is as good as new
What are thes charges that you borne? And you opt new original or kabuli ones
