If honda wont help you, then there is a 50% chance your axles can be saved with new boots and grease.

Try that, pay heed to the greases being used in them, do not go to shitty shop who will fill the wrong kind of grease.

If the cv joint is trashed, try to find new genuine ones (wont be cheap) and not chinese replacements as they are a waste of time and money usually.

Exactly my point. Whole new axle from nose cut car at bilal ganj will also be much cheaper.

Get new cv joints from partscentral if you can or axle.
If you cannot find then get new axle from a nose cut car from bilal ganj Lahore.

Make sure to repack the replacement axles properly before installing.

Newer models honda axles are sometimes really really low on grease and fail very early. Honda using garbage grease doesnt help either.

So you're saying screw Honda and go for what you have said without even looking at a car. They won't claim warranty coz wear and tear on rubber part cannot be claimed in Pakistan. Stop imposing things of abroad on Pakistan cars.

Right okay. How dangerous is it to drive the car like this. I have my own wedding coming in 18 days. Do I have 18 days? I mean can I delay it. Or is it kind of urgent.

Well honda said it doesn't come under warranty, I could go and yell and threaten, but can it actually be covered under warranty in my case?

my suggestion : get these joints greased and drive the vehicle. Enjoy your marriage honeymoon etc. After a while “if” you hear some abnormal sound from cv joints you can get it replaced. If you get its greasing done as soon as possible there is a probability that it wont give you a problem in future. Kharcha kam ho ga. if greasing only doesnt work it will cause a big dent on your pocket. Whenever you get its greasing done it is imperative that the ustad ge uses right “quality” and “quantity” of grease. Ustad ge puts on original quality rubber boots. Now this can only be guaranteed if the ustad you are visiting is an absolute expert. So dig out some well reputed ustad ge first.

Your axel wont break if you drive the car in this condition, but the longer you drive lesser is The probability of recovery of existing cv joints. Once i drove from burhan till rashkai on an empty cv boot, the ustad simply forgot to grease the joint before putting on the boot, the cv joint was wrecked but axel remained intact.

That incident was in regard to a used axel in suzuki alto. I have kept various models of honda city since 2004 and never faced issue with cv joints or axel. If you are facing this issue consult some reliable mechanic who can properly grease and fix the cv so that you don't have to visit the mechanic time and again
