2 days back a friend who works at dawn told me that which ever dept. in Civic Center maintains and keeps the files of the cars is set to burn the files of old cars. I can't recall the exact year range, but something foolish is about to happen which has already sparked a stupid market trend;
Before, nobody asked for the 'File' of your car but after this news....a new trend has shaped to devalue your car. Hence, everyone asks for the file or they won't buy your car unless you sell it under valued.
Current charges to take your file out are 1500 PKR, and a parchi to get it on time.
I searched on google to get more info with the term 'Files of car Karachi'; and it gave me nothing but nangi lerki in car in Karachi....see for yourself if you don't believe me.
Anyone with some cool reliable links for this matter will be starred on his right and left cheek also on his eye lids and forehead!!
