I would like to know what is the proper way for setting ignition timing . My car has stock carburettor d15b3 engine and crank pulley base been replaced a few times so how do local mechanics know how to set the correct timing never seen any mechanic use any tool on my car for timing . Also can anyone tell me the correct configuration of vacume pipes my civic pipes are all messed up and distributor one is missing and I can't find any empty place to connect it to . Also my car stalls with ac at idle after driving it 5-10km I suspect it's AC vacume switch and I've tried to check it by disconnecting it's switch with car AC on and car starts stalling that sort of means it's working fine but is there any other way to check if it's working properly ?

Yup, turns out it was just incorrect carburettor setting and there and AC vaccume/electrical solenoid, it's connections were loose .
