Civic EK build / Car suggestions

I have 5 lac cash, can extend to 5.5 lac and 3-4 lac for modifications/rebuild.

I am getting a facelifted civic 1996 exi in 5 lac, the frame is intact, engine is decent, suspension is great but the body is rusty and there are holes in the trunk and underneath the car. Is this a car I should consider for a rebuild? If yes, how much would the bodywork cost.

If i get a civic ek 1996 - 2001, i want to buy a run down car and rebuild it which is why i have a budget of around 9 lac, including car and rebuild, if anyone is selling a suitable car please let me know.

I am also open to suggestions for other cars. The extra rebuild money is on the table only for the ek, what other car (sedan) can i get in the budget of 5.5 ~ 6 lac? I was thinking baleno, eg and maybe indus? what would be the best choice in the budget?

Any sort of help or suggestions are highly appreciated, need to get a car ASAP before the 15th of december so please let me know, also let me knoe if anyone is selling any cars in my budget. My location is Karachi. Thank You.

Find a clean EG, an original ferio. Then just regularly maintain it.

its a stock d15b swapped, 92 ferio, rims, tyres and a little camber on the back along with hks exhaust

What is the chassis code?
Overall car has slight rust but looks okay.

yes you’re right, there’s a little rust but its very manageable, ill check the chassis code and let you know today, im getting this for 520k, is that a good price for it? im not sure about egs as i originally wanted an ek and all my price research was done on eks

Price wise it's ok.
Check which ecu you got.
Also the check head casting. A member recently having problem with mileage with same D15B swapped in EK.

salam hassan bhai, got some work done on the car, a bit of denting, installed front back lips, got new backlights and front indicators, removed the camber and removed some “mailapan” from the car, thoughts?

Looks good MASHALLAH. Expect I don't like rear lips (my personal opinion). Mileage is fine.
Car needs some drop though.

well i agree but its also my daily and i dont want it scraping everywhere, however i might take it to pakwheels autoshow but with coilovers and maybe a paintjob, i think it needs a new paintjob

Body paint looks fine, bumpers need some touching. Need more pictures to justify that. Between best of Luck.

salam hassan bhai, sold this car and bought a 99 ek
this ek has been in my friend circle since years and its an exceptional car, zero rust, 80% genuine, own engine, not a single rattling noise in cabin etc
honestly the nostalgia alone justifies the price i got it for, unfortunately since its on its original engine, its on its last breath, its already been rebuilt once and im looking at a new kabli engine, the friend i got it from is splitting the bill with me so money isnt an issue, however i want to keep the car as close to stock as i can as modding such a clean car is injustice, what engine should i go for? its a vti, people are saying go for exi engine (d15) but i fear the performance drop will be quite noticeable so im very confused between d15 or d16, can you help?

Get it rebuild to oem specs.
No need to go for kabli it will ask for rebuild after few years.
