Civic EXI 2002 rim size

I just bought a civic exi 2002, the stock trye size is 13 inches, would it be ok to change it to 15 inches without considerable impact on mileage and suspension? I need to raise the ground clearance. Please advise if its ok to change 13 inch rims to 15 or 14 for that matter. I am also confused as to why is my car having 13 inch stock size as opposed to other civic exi 2002 which mostly have 14 inch rims.

Check the driver side door, the tyre specs are written on a sticker. U can shift to 15s not an issue but try getting 185/65/r15 as its a decent size which wont cause any big difference in mileage plus will give u better grip. I am using 195/65/r15 in my 2003 though it came with 14 inch from factory

No it does not rub against walls if the rims are of correct offset.

Exi came with 14 inch steel wheels I don’t remember exactly the correct tyre size but the size was 185/65/14 and Vti variants had 15 inch alloy wheels with 185/65/15 size
