Civic rebirth problems

guys could you explain how to solve these issues im having in my car
1) sunroof rattling sound, it rattles whenever i go over some bad patch of road

2) Suspension creaking sound, it creaks whenever i drive it over bumps

3) grinding noise, whenever i drive the car in reverse (when the engine isn't warm yet), it makes some loud grinding noise

4) tuk tuk sound, it comes from the rear left side of car. I think it's cuz of the underbody cuz whenever i press the floor of the rear back seat it makes the same sound

Also facing same creaking sound on bumps. Interested in understanding and solving that

If creaking sound appears from rear on bumps like cheen cheen, then check for bushes..usually 1-4 bushes worn outs
