If it's making noise on full turns check axle boots for grease leakage.If grease is leaking from boot and boot itself it,s damaged then it's cv joint is bad and u have to replace cv joint with new one.
Mention ur city so members can guide u good mechanic.I have replaced my 99 corolla,s cv joint with new Chinese kit of Mtz company and its working properly.
