Civic Reborn extra noise coming from right side of engine bay when shift into D or turn on AC

When shift into D extra noise came from front right side and when you turn on AC. I guess its coming from the pulley? And if I change that how much its gonna cost?
And when its shifting to 2nd gear to 3rd its lags and vibrates other then that it shifts smoothly should i change the transmission oil? If yes then which oil should i go for?

the noise could be coming from the belt tensioner, its a common issue in Hondas which goes away after replacing it.
is your car automatic or a manual?

A transmission fluid change might improve it
Always use Hondas own ATF (ATF DW-1 in your case) its available around 1600-1950 per Liter and you will need 4 liters.
For the vibration get your car's engine mounts and inner cv joints checked.
