Civic Reborn Prosmetic V/s Civic Rebirth Prosmetic

Dear Pakwheelers,

I want to have your experienced advises on which car should I prefer between Civic Reborn 2011-12 and Civic Rebirth 2012-13 (Both in automatic transmission)

My usage will be mainly in city with occasional drives to Northern Areas and some outskirts of Lahore, with four passengers and some weight in the trunk.

Both cars are under my budget Alhamdulillah and I want to choose the one which is more reliable, less problematic and can tough enough to absorb rough drives. Fuel economy should not be a problem but durability is important.

Get the newer one.. rebirth..if condition is just equal. Rebirth has climate control and better interior ans projector lights we well.

We have awam.always praising old models ( as they have it )...u must have see people saying indus Corolla is better than 2002 one and so on etc...newer always is better and has more features atleast

Btw same condition of both generations diff by around 500k mostly..not a small difference. U cant get pristine rebirth under 2 million these days..but reborn.can be found under 1.8 million, in pretty good shape

I would say for rough tough...get a Rolla altis....civic to baoo car hai.. roughly wali ziadati hai either way

We have a rebirth in the family from 2012, driven a 100k kms till now. Driven like mad men on all sorts of terrain, no issues so far, Masha' Allah.
This 9th gen civic is the most practical civic ever made, go for it

Rebirth is very practical. Optimal ride height, good looks, decent fuel average, good power, features, comfortable as well and offers alot for the price.

If I had to choose between these 02, and budget is not an issue, then I would always prefer the latest gen. and model, like here; 9th gen.

2ndly 9th gen. is far better than the 8th gen., and some even say that the 9th gen. Civic is the best Civic till now (i.e. June 2020), which has been locally assembled here.

Uss sey pehlay ki gen.s mein, and baad ki (like 10th gen. currently) mein issues aye hain.

@rizwanmsd186891 I owned both cars, before I had Civic Reborn 2012 and now I have Civic Rebirth 2013 and I can say with confidence that Civic Rebirth (9th gen.) is far better in reliability and overall less problematic than Civic Reborn, but keep this in mind that Civics are not built for rough drives overall, if you want to keep a Civic, you have to keep it with care and it will not create a problem for you later. However, considering the options of your choice, Rebirth Civic is without a doubt more suitable for a rougher and tougher drive than Reborn Civic, but keep this thing in mind that it lacks traction control or VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist), so you better be very careful on high speeds, I would say, over 180 kmph or so.
