I want to know what exactly changes with oriel and also with "UG".

Please provide link to any honda reference page for technical info too.

Oriel comes with airbags, fog lights and retracting side mirrors.

UG comes with leather interior. Otherwise oriel or non oriel Honda Civic (8th) gen has the same engine and chassis.

UG is "Upgrage Package". UG oriel comes with leather interior, cruise control etc.
