Civic Turbo vs MG HS

Hello,

I am buying car but need suggestion as I am stucked with the comparison.

Previously I was using Rebron Manual 2012 model and now want to upgrade. My previous intention was to buy 2017 Civic Turbo but I have seen MG which is 5 to 7 lac higher in price but have many features. So need suggestion which one should I go with and pros and cons of both cars.

Cons of MG HS I would be mentioning is opposite of Civic turbo:

Lack of dealership network
expensive maintenance
expensive parts
rough resale
Crossover handling if that matters to you.

I've also herd its DCT transmission has heatup issue so seach a bit for that

3 Genuine problems in MG (HS specifically)

Poor fuel average
AC not good in summer
Its 12 volt battery need replaced in a year time.

Coming from a manual 8th gen Civic, would definitely recommend a 10th gen Civic turbo. With MG, you're unsure of a dealer network and serviceable parts availability, plus bad fuel average.
