Civic x 1.8 Oriel Accelaration issue at High RPMs

Aoa everyone. I was a reborn lover and recently bought Civic 2019 1.8 Oriel. I am facing issue while flooring it or in S mode. From 0 to 50 cars accelerates normal, but after crosses 50 the RPM goes up but slight increase in speed. I have recently serviced Throttle body, changed spark plugs, fuel pump replaced from honda in warranty, catalytic convertor installed new, check fuel injector pressure as well.

Note: Problem only having while flooring it or in S mode. I have also attached the link of the video while flooring it. Please help.

Try to use 5w 20 engine oil.
Maintain Tyre pressure to 30 PSI.
Use some quantity of Hi-octane.

You car is pretty pretty much slow.

In simple words car doesn’t accelerate the way it should as you can see in the video above i have attached. Can’t find a single good mechanic in Islamabad who could see the car and tells exactly what is causing the car to run like that, can’t find a single related topic or video online.

I have changed fuel PUMP from Honda in warranty.
I have changed new Catlytic Convertor.
I have changed spark plugs got throttle body cleaned.

Also i am not into “aik litre mein kitna kar ri hai” never cared about fuel economy, but my car also not giving fuel consumption like it should.

Get the transmission checked as well. A bad CVT wont accelerate due to slipping or any other issue.
Scan your vehicle and look for any error codes

You do realise that it is a cvt transmission? It won't accelerate like rebirth or reborn . You have to release and press the accelerator again to feel the increase

The typical Civic X time of 0-100 KMPH is around 10-12 Seconds. Yours managed to do that in 20 seconds.

Have you ever experienced engine overheating? The fault maybe is engine compression. The overheated engine lost several horsepower.

Scan your car. That looks like a tranny issue

@devils_smile honda is NOT my league i stay away from honda having four wheels (not lawn mower) prefer public bus if need be am sorry

Take it to 3S .

Let them take test drive to find out.

Usually the car accelerates fine then takes time to reach 100 , this seems to be catalytic converter issue. This also affect fuel mileage .

Better get it checked again although new .

Secondly get the pressure plate checked

Cvt is not meant for continuous rash driving. It will wear out very quickly.
What is the service history of your car?
