It says to change fluid at 40,000kms. Use only Honda HCF-2. And do it at Honda dealer. Your mechanic does not have proper tools and training to do it.
Cost is irrelevant. Job has to be done perfectly or transmission failure will result. New CVT trans will cost 5 to 7 lacs. Used from bilalgunj will cost over 1.5 lacs.
