Civic x 10th generation whistling sound on cold start

I have a Civic x 2021, for sometime now a whistling noise is coming from its engine bay. The noise starts just as the temperature gauge is going up after that the sound disappears once the car has maintained its temperature.
I have already changed the belt but to no avail. What could possibly be wrong?
would appreciate any assistance

Happens to my 2019 X too. Car is only 50k driven and I bought it brand new. Dealership maintained all throughout

Do you have the 1.8 or the 1.5 Turbo? Seems like an air/vacuum leak issue.

Pop the belt off when cold. Start it for a minute or two if you don't listen any sound then this might be some pulley.

Turn it off immediately if temperature rises otherwise it will overheat.
