Civic x 2017 heating up under load

My civic x 2017 drives fine in city, no issues. It starts heating up when i rev a bit harder for a bit. Starts heating up on incline, even on salt range. Temp gauge goes back to normal after 30-40 seconds of light rev or stopping the car. I recently did a lahore to hunza trip, whenever theres an incline the car starts heating up. I had to stop 3-4 times for a minute or two while ascending babusar. What issue is this? My mechanic hasn't been able to understand it yet

start with radiator service

changed the radiator a while ago, even got it serviced before the trip. not the issue

fan is perfect. water pump changed recently, radiator cap and thermo valve will be next. thank you

I suppose it is normal if driven in heat with ac and high rpms like in s or l mode. Civics tend to heat more because of cvt

Not true Boss. I have done KHI to LHR, KHI to Uch Sharif, KHI to Northern Areas on both Rebirth and X (2019). Never happened......
