Civic X Rims and Tyre Size

Hi,
I'm thinking of moving to a bigger rim size on my civic x oriel. Can you guys pls. advise on following
1- Best place in lahore to buy rims (pref in black color)
2- What is the best size for civic? should i move to 18 or 17"
3- Ideal size for tyres for both 17" and 18" rims

Just keep in mind that whenever you upsize the wheel, the overall height of tyre housing from ground has to be same or nearest possible to the stock.
So you will have to decrease sidewall height considerably for 18s and that will compromise the ride comfort alot, so go for 17s if you want to increase wheel size as civic turbo comes with those and you have an ideal template by which you can upsize !
For ideal tyre size you can look at indian or noeth american variant of civic, as they have bigger wheel size options.
