I’m from Karachi, and I previously had a learner’s license for the motorcycle category, which has now expired. Now I want to get a permanent license for both a motorcycle and a car. Do I need to first get a learner’s license for the car, or can I directly go for the permanent license test?
When I tried to apply for the car learner’s license through the DSL online portal, on the very first step, it showed a message saying I cannot proceed because a learner’s license already exists under my CNIC(which is for the motorcycle category only).
Can someone please guide me on what to do in this situation?
