If your windows can stop bullets, your car is worth MUCH MUCH more than what you're asking for!
Bulletproof paper DOES exist, but it isn't commercially available. Well, at least not as cheap as 3M tints my friend!

brother i have those sheets in my dad's car as well, they are not bullet proof, they are kinda break proof, like with someone try to hit the window with an iron rod he cant break it easily. this sheet is available by XDS in 2500rs
but no doubt, asking price is very reasonble...if car is in origional paint
