Clicking sound in 4th gear

I recently got a Liana Rxi 2006. The car makes strange clicking noise (kirrrrrr) when in 4th gear, and when RPM is 1.5k+

If I hold the gear with hand the noise goes away, even lightly putting hand over the gear fixes the noise.

There is no noise in any other gear.

Is it something serious ? and how and where should I get it fixed. I am in I-10 Islamabad

Check gear lever bushes

Can you recommend a good place/mechanic where I should get it checked.

I checked with Azim motors I-10/3 they said that there is no gear kit for Liana the only part to change is gear cable, which they didnt have in stock

It is gear bush sound. It is not dangerous. Need to change gear bush only which takes 2-3 hrs.
