Clicking/Ticking Sound in Honda Civic Reborn while turning right (not an issue of Axles / CV joint)

Sir I own a Honda Civic Reborn 2008. I hear clicking/ticking sound from front side when I turn steering to the right. Exact location of sound could not be ascertained. First my mechanic suggested me to replace Axles/CV Joints. I replaced both sides but the issue persisted. The sound is only heard during right turn, sound increase during acceleration and decreases as the speed is reduced. What can be the cause of this sound. Axle problem is already ruled out.

Did you install new axles? If not, then probably installed faulty used axles. Get them checked from elsewhere

I installed Kabli axles totally in new condition. This clicking sound is different from the sound caused by CV joint wear. It is difficult to exactly locate the sound. The sound is exactly same before and after installing new axles indicating that this is not the problem of axles. I just bought this car and have driven around 500km and no other anomaly was found. I'm afraid that someday this sound may cause some catastrophic failure.

Can anyone suggest me troubleshooting/diagnosis scheme to trace the sound? Any good mechanic / workshop in Rawalpindi with good fault isolation sense?
