@capsat @babarhyd @Xulfiqar i can now describe the exact problem which i have identified and that is both rear shock absorbers produce clunk like noise when i try to pull up the car a little bit but does not make any noise on pulling down the car. Although when car bounces it produces that sound because it reaches that upward position where that sound can be heard.I have tightened every joint, checked control arms too and now what i am considering is that shocks are bad now( although seems impossible).
one last item to check is the rubber bushes at bottom of shocks where bolt is connecting with frame/ chassis.
Checked that too and it is soft and good condition. And noise can also be reproduced by taking out shock absorber and manually pushing it down and then when it is pulled to its top most height noise can be reproduced.
if thats the case the shock absrober is not good
Ok. But for now i have planned a jugaar to remove that sound (as shock is good) and if i would be successful i will share it here too.
@capsat see that is what i was talking about?
I removed both the shock absorber and both were KYB KA1616. But one was HD14 AND other was HD15. I then installed them again correctly because shocks had a curve for their respective sides. Now the situation is HD14 shock is good now (no noise) but HD 15 shock is making noisesSo I will reduce length of shock absorber a little bit by adding a small bush (2-3) mm and hope it will keep it quite.
if you found them curved, they are bent and internally broken. Replace both as a pair with the correct ones and tighten the lower bushings at normal ride height only.
Usually rattling in them is a sign of internally broken items.
