Some of the symptoms are quite obvious as @capsat mentioned. Some other symptoms to lookout for are:
1.Real soft clutch pedal which you can push down all the way in a single smooth linear motion, shows a bad Pressure plate. A good/new pressure plate is when you have to apply more force at the initial 50% of the clutch pedal press.
If the clutch pedal takes time to get back to its original position (spongy), it means the pressure plate is gone.
2. if you hear noises when pressing clutch pedal and the noise is coming from clutch housing, its a faulty throw-out bearing.
3. A shudder/chatter/vibration feel with clutch engage/disengage with engine running indicate issues with clutch or flywheel.
